Terms and Conditions of Use

The contractual relationship between the platform and the user is perfected when the registration procedure or access to the services is completed. The user agrees to use the platform exclusively for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with the intended entertainment purposes. It is strictly forbidden to:

Engage in fraudulent conduct, money laundering activities, collusion with other users, or attempts to breach computer security systems.

Assign, sell, or transfer your account or rights arising from the service contract to third parties.

Should the provision of services involve financial transactions, top-ups, or withdrawals of sums, these operations will be managed according to established accounting flows and through payment methods expressly authorized on the portal. Deposits must be made strictly using financial instruments (credit cards, bank accounts, e-wallets) legally registered to the holder of the account registered on the platform.

Withdrawals of funds are subject to the successful completion of personal identity verification procedures. The platform reserves the right to apply technical fees or withhold sums in the event of operational discrepancies or accounting anomalies in the transactions made, acting in accordance with anti-money laundering and tax laws.

The user is fully aware that participation in gaming and entertainment activities involves an inherent risk of financial loss. BetFlag provides no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the achievement of favorable outcomes, monetary winnings, or economic returns from bets placed. The results of gaming activities are based on probabilistic systems and random number generators that cannot be influenced. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract and request the closure of their profile at any time by written communication.

The present Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the legal relationships between the platform and the user, are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws in force in the Italian Republic. For any dispute that may arise regarding the validity, interpretation, execution or resolution of this contract, the Court established by consumer protection regulations, or the court of residence or domicile elected by the user in Italian territory, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
